1. Returns Policy

Return must be made within 30 days from the date it delivered.

General for all products
1) All returns must be sent back to our address in the return confirmation email with prior authorization. 
2) Returned items must be in unworn condition. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
3) may or may not reship the replacement or repaired items by courier. reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods.
4) is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Customer is responsible for any tax incurred for the return. Item must be returned to the address stated on your RMA approval form.
5) reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute,'s decision will be final.

 The following items are returnable for gift card or store credit only:
  •     Returns received after 30 days of the delivery date
  •     Returns received in damaged or worn condition
  •     Final Sale items
  •     Intimates (including the following: bras, leggings, tights, socks and accessories)
  •     Free gifts
  •      Returns received more than 30 days after the original order delivery date 

Unwanted or Unopened Item Refund
1) Unwanted or unopened items returned to must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
2) Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be made in your original payment method and will be processed in about 7 business days when returned products are received and confirmed to be in mint condition by

*Registered airmail cost and express shipping cost are non-refundable. 

Gift card is valid for 80 days from the date it issued.

2. Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item, you can request a "replacement" RMA, and we will ship the requested exchanged size to you for free.


3. How Return Shipping Credit Works?

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please return your item by the most economic airmail method via post office and send us the return postal receipt to us by email.  Our customer service will credit your Kalolia account with the return cost by store credit or gift card once we receive your return. The maximum credit for each return shipping is $15USD.
